YES! We believe that all fitness levels can take classes at The Energy Lab. There are a couple of guidelines everyone should follow their first time in a class:

  1. Bring water and a towel, you’ll need them!
  2. Pace yourself – don’t go 100% at the start of the class. Ease into the class and have a fun time!
  3. Listen to your body – YOUR body is going to tell you what you can and can’t do in a class. Listen to what it is telling you!
  4. Don’t worry about keeping up with anyone else in the class or with the instructor. Do the class at your pace.
  5. If you can’t do something, it’s ok to modify the exercise. Our instructors are experts in giving modifications for just about any exercise.
  6. Most importantly….have fun! It’s your time, enjoy it!

Our class sizes vary depending on the class – the largest classes are our Breakthrough Classes which can have up to 26 people in a class. With an average class size of 11, it provides us the opportunity to give each class a “personal trainer” experience in a smaller class setting, which gives YOU an awesome class experience.

Most of our Group Fitness Classes are 60 minutes long, but we also offer 30, 45 and 90-minute classes – the duration of each class is noted on our scheduling page. Personal training sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, depending on what your needs are.

The easiest and most convenient way to schedule your classes is through The Energy Lab app (Found in both Apple App Store and Google Play) or through our website at The Energy Lab. For personal training sessions, call us at 909-798-1800, email us at info@energylabfitness.com, schedule them in the studio or you can schedule them through The Energy Lab app or our website, The Energy Lab.

Currently, we offer 12 varieties of classes, including several types of cycling classes, TRX, Kettlebell, Yoga, Pilates, Tabata, Kickbox and FitCore (Circuit Class). With something for everyone of all fitness levels, you’ll find a great workout in a challenging, encouraging environment.

Costs vary depending on whether you are looking for personal training or a group class environment. For Group Classes, our Monthly Unlimited Class Package is the best value – it offers the ability to take classes for less than $10 per class. Our Group Fitness Class Packages are also sold in 5, 10 and 20 class packages that are as low as $10 per class. Personal Training pricing varies depending on the type of session taken, but start as low as $25 per session. We also offer 10 and 20 training session packages to make training more of a value.
