The Energy Lab had 8 of our instructors and a couple members pass the certification, making us the only Fitness Studio in the Inland Empire with Level 2 certified instructors!

Looking to start 2015 with a Bang?

Ready to shed some pounds and have a chance to win your share of $1500?

The Energy Lab is proud to introduce our First Annual Redlands & Beyond Thinner Winner Contest! A Six Week weight loss challenge running from January 25 to March 8 working with your team of 5 to see which team can shed the largest percentage of weight for a chance to win the grand prize of $1000!

Here's how it works:

  • You do NOT need to be an active member of The Energy Lab to participate.
  • Each "Team" will consist of 5 people, 2 of which must be New to The Energy Lab - New meaning not having attended a class, event or training session after January 1, 2014. You are under NO obligation to purchase a class package, training session or monthly unlimited class package.
  • There must be a minimum of 10 teams in order to run the contest.
  • The team of 5 that loses the greatest percentage of their starting team weight will split the Grand Prize of $1000. The second place team will split $350, the third place team will split $150.

We at The Energy Lab are happy to announce new additions to our group exercise class schedule. We are adding 2 Tabata Classes, which are 30 minute classes featuring Tabata workouts, high intensity interval training designed to improve both aerobic and anaerobic fitness, 1 TRX Express class, a 30 minute version of our TRX classes, and a Functional Movement Boot Camp, designed to challenge the body while improving functional movement.

The new classes will be:

Tuesday - 7:30-8:00PM Tabata

Thursday - 12:30-1:00PM TRX Express

Friday - 5:30-6:00AM Tabata

Saturday - 7:30-8:30AM Functional Movement Boot Camp
