Personal Training is our foundation – the bedrock of what we do at The Energy Lab. Use personal training as a way to get started on your exercise journey, to help you recover from an injury, to help you achieve your fitness goals, to lose weight or to provide you with accountability. Whatever your reason, we have the right trainer for your needs!
Why use a personal trainer?
  • Because everybody is different and the same exercise protocol, routine, and the workout is not right for everybody.
  • Our human nature is to take the path of least resistance. We are naturally lazy. A good trainer will likely turn everything you knew about your movement and the body around, and guide you towards relearning it so that it will sustain you instead of wear you down.
  • An appointment with a personal trainer provides you with accountability. Variability. Sustainability. Your body is an investment. Every workout or training session is like a credit into your account. It is the one thing you alone are solely responsible for.

Our trainers will assess, monitor, motivate and hold you accountable. For the best results for whatever your goals are, personal training is your BEST option.

Our goal is to match you with the right trainer for your needs and create a schedule that works for you. You can choose one session a week to keep you accountable and motivate you for the rest of the week. Or, opt for two, three, four, even five times a week to ramp up your fitness goals with a coach who is dedicated to helping you be your best version of you! The sky is the limit!
