The Energy Lab presents our Strength Training Workshop for August!


Our August Workshop starts Monday, July 31 and runs through Wednesday, August 30. We work with dumbbells, kettle bells and free weights to increase your metabolism, burn fat faster and increase your strength and performance.

$100.00 for full session (10 Sessions)
