And that’s what our 4 WEEK PILATES MINI SERIES is all about - resetting the nervous system so that all the movement we do throughout the rest of the year is built on a solid foundation 💪

*SOFT ROLLERS and MELT HAND and FOOT TREATMENT BALLS REQUIRED* and can be purchased at the studio.

All those moments you felt like you weren’t going to make it through and all those situations that no one else will ever understand, YOU PUSHED THROUGH.

You wouldn’t want a house built on a weak founda You wouldn’t want a house built on a weak foundation, so why settle for that in your OWN body? 🤔

When the nervous system senses damage, instability, weak neural adaptations, it will down-regulate power to the muscles - meaning the FOUNDATION is WEAK 🥴
•
During our 4 WEEK PILATES MINI SERIES (yes, Pilates is back 🤪) we’re taking it back to the basics.
•
Using the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment (we’ll throw some soft roller work in there too 😉💆‍♀️), we’ll spend the next 4 weeks repairing our CNS and building a strong, stable foundation for which the rest of our body relies on 💪
•
4 WEEKS starting FRIDAY JAN 22 at 9 am

Our annual #sweatoberfest is our one week in October where we switch up class formats and times as we celebrate MOVING our bodies and SWEATING! 💦🤸🏻‍♀️💪

Nothing beats the rush after crushing a workout. PERIOD.

With a busy life, we know that slowing down seems counterintuitive - that’s why we created a MEDITATION BOOTCAMP.

To guide you through HOW to put meditation into your normal practice.

It is what periodization is to heart rate training - we’ll use a systematic approach so that meditation, positive thinking, and inner peace become part of the norm ☺️

If you’re doing our PRESS PLAY periodization or just the Meditation Bootcamp, you’re already enrolled and your first zoom meditation is TONIGHT at 7:30 pm. It will be recorded if you can’t make it 😉

Ash is our early morning, late night, set up classes and zoom, take it down, keep the plants alive, help with all the “and-then-somes”, kids camp assistant, steps-in-wherever-she’s-needed right hand girl.
•
And what you don’t know is that in between work, school and everyday life 🤪, she’s been quietly studying for her ACE Group Training Cert.
•
And on Saturday she PASSED!🥳
•
Which means we can add group instructor to her role at The Energy Lab and we couldn’t be more excited! 🤩
•
She’s got a love for fitness, for health, and for lifting weights - so we have a feeling we’ve got some strength training classes in her future 💪

TRX is in The Energy Lab’s DNA 🧬

Back when we first opened, we struggled to find someone to make the A frame that they hang from - they thought we were crazy 🤪 and had no idea what a TRX was.
•
Flash forward nearly 10 years and they are still an integral part of our training and group classes😎
•
When we had to move classes outside, we had to shift away from using TRX because we had no way to utilize them outside - UNTIL TODAY!🤩
•
Thanks to Sean, we’ve got mounts on our back wall to bring back a classic AND keep you safe💪
•
