Boxing Basics - The gloves are on (or off) and we are primed to pass on all the tips and techniques you need to come out swinging. Learn the basics of boxing - some glove work, some no glove work, getting to grips with the rules. Ding, ding.

The Lab is your fitness experiment class! Based on the concept of variability to avoid overtraining and adaptations, The Lab hits all basic movement patterns - you can expect to be playing with many fitness modalities (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ropes, BOSU or stability balls, TRX, etc).
