At The Energy Lab, we realize that no one person is like another. We create individualized programs for all of our clients – no cookie cutter workouts here. Our trainers will assess, monitor, motivate and hold you accountable. For the best results for whatever your goals are, personal training is your BEST option.
Our goal is to match you with the right trainer for your needs and create a schedule that works for you. You can choose one session a week to keep you accountable and motivate you for the rest of the week. Or, opt for two, three, four, even five times a week to ramp up your fitness goals with a coach who is dedicated to helping you be your best version of you! The sky is the limit!
Yoga Private Training lets you work with one of our Teachers in a one-on-one setting to focus on your specific needs. Maybe you are new to yoga practice and want to learn the basics in a safe environment, or maybe you are a seasoned yogi who wants to master a pose - our Teachers can help meet your needs.
