MEET ISAAC

Isaac's love of fitness and competition started early.  Growing up in the Inland Empire as the middle child of 3 brothers and 3 sisters, there was always competition in the house.  This love of competition drove him to play football for 10 years,  playing defensive tackle in high school.  

After graduating from Yucaipa High School, Isaac worked various jobs, but something was missing from them.  His love of fitness and helping others led him to earn his NASM Personal Training certification, where he feels he can help others in their fitness journey.  

We are excited for you to experience Isaac's passion for fitness in either a class he teaches or in a personal training session with him!
