Jacquelyn is a Redlands local who loves everything about Redlands! She has been instructing group classes in the area for 6 years, sharing her passion for fitness with others.
Jacquelyn has a background in ballet, kickboxing, weightlifting and a lot of yoga. She has group training certifications, TRX Certification and recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Being married to a physical therapist, she stays fascinated and appreciative of movement, as well as how our bodies are so incredibly resilient. "Movement is so beautiful, regardless of body type, exercise experience or overall fitness level".
She loves to help others find the edge during workouts as well as in recovery. She believes that balance is a key to unlocking strength in our bodies as well as in our minds. "It is important to honor your body and its ability everyday!" When taking one of her classes or training sessions, be prepared to have fun, be playful and lighthearted, and maybe go upside-down!
