Nicole is a native of the Inland Empire, growing up in Yucaipa and living in Redlands, where she loves all the unique gems of Redlands! She grew up with a love of sports, playing softball and tennis through her high school years, but couldn’t find the just-right workout for her until she joined The Energy Lab in the beginning of 2020. She loves the variety of options for getting fit and the fun, accepting, and encouraging group of people she gets to work out with every day.
Having recently taken on a new position, she was asked “so, how many classes are you going to teach here?”, which lit a spark in her to take on a new role at The Energy Lab as an instructor, sharing her passion for fitness with others. She is a Certified Spin Instructor, teaching both our cycle and breakthrough classes, and is working on more certifications to share her talents and passions with our Energy Lab community!
Nicole’s side hustle is serving as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at Providence St. Mary Medical Center Foundation, and teaching nonprofit management courses at the University of Redlands. She is married to her best friend (who she’s known since the 3rd grade!), and they have 3 kids who play basketball and are budding musicians.
Come find out why Nicole loves The Energy Lab and share her passion for sweating, helping others and being an all around badass!
