What Is the Strength Training Workshop?

The Energy Lab Strength Training Workshop is a structured monthly program that focuses on mastering the core barbell lifts.

Each workshop cycle centers around one primary movement pattern such as:

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Bench Press
  • Overhead Press
  • Hip hinge mechanics

 

Over the course of the month you will:

✔ Learn proper lifting technique
✔ Build strength progressively
