WANT YOGA THAT FLOWS?
FLOW NON-HEATED

Choose this if: you’re newer to Vinyasa, prefer practicing without heat, or want a steadier pace.
FLOW HEATED
Turn up the flow.
A stronger Vinyasa practice in our infrared-heated studio. Continuous movement builds strength, endurance, balance and mobility while the heat adds another layer of challenge.
Choose this if: you enjoy Vinyasa and want more intensity.
POWER
Make it athletic.
A heated, athletic yoga practice combining stronger flows, strength-building poses and dynamic movement.
Choose this if: you want your yoga practice to feel challenging and athletic.
WANT MORE STRENGTH?
THE PRACTICE

Yoga, strength, mobility, balance, breathwork and recovery come together in one class designed to help your body move well, feel good and stay capable for life.
Choose this if: you want a little of everything – or aren’t interested in fitting your movement into a single category.
YOGA LAB | STRENGTH
Where yoga meets strength training.
Combine weights, bodyweight and yoga-based movement to build strength, stability, mobility and total-body control.
Choose this if: you want strength training without giving up movement and mobility.
MAT PILATES
Strength from the inside out.
Controlled Pilates-based movement builds core strength, stability, posture, balance and total-body control.
Choose this if: core strength, stability and precise movement are your priorities.
TRX PILATES
Pilates meets suspension training.
The TRX adds support and resistance to Pilates-based movement, challenging core strength, balance and control in a low-impact format.
Choose this if: you want Pilates with an added stability challenge.
HOT SCULPT
Heat. Strength. Music.
A rhythm-based, full-body strength and conditioning workout using dumbbells, bands, sliders and bodyweight.
Choose this if: you want the highest-energy strength experience in the Yoga Lab lineup.
WANT TO MOVE BETTER & RECOVER?
THE PRACTICE
Your complete movement practice.
Yoga, strength, mobility, balance, breathwork and recovery come together in one class designed to help your body move well, feel good and stay capable for life.
Choose this if: you want a little of everything – or aren’t interested in fitting your movement into a single category.
YIN
Slow down so you can keep moving forward.
Long-held, supported poses give you time to slow down, work on mobility and flexibility, release tension and recover from everything else you ask your body to do.
Choose this if: recovery, mobility or slowing down is what your body needs.

YOGA CLASS FAQs
Which Yoga Lab class is best for beginners?
There isn’t one required beginner class. Flow Non-Heated offers a more intentional Vinyasa pace, while Yin is slower and recovery-focused. The Practice is another option if you’re looking for a broader movement experience. Our instructors provide options throughout class so you can work at your level.
What’s the difference between Flow Heated and Power?
Flow Heated is built around continuous Vinyasa sequencing, linking breath and movement in a heated room. Power has a more athletic emphasis, with stronger poses and more challenging movement. Both are heated; the biggest difference is how the challenge is created.
What’s the difference between Yoga Lab | Strength and Hot Sculpt?
Strength combines yoga-based movement with weights and functional strength work, with an emphasis on strength, stability and mobility. Hot Sculpt is more rhythm-driven and conditioning-focused, combining strength exercises, heat and music for a higher-energy workout.
What’s the difference between Pilates and yoga?
Both can build strength, control and body awareness, but their emphasis differs. Pilates places greater focus on core strength, stability and controlled movement, while Yoga Lab classes incorporate varying combinations of flow, mobility, balance, strength and breathwork.
Do I have to choose just one type of class?
No. In fact, trying different classes is one of the best ways to build a more complete practice. You might use Strength or Power when you want to work harder, Flow for movement, and Yin when recovery is the priority.
Are Yoga Lab classes heated?
Some are and some aren’t. Yoga Lab offers both heated and non-heated classes. Our heated classes use infrared heat, while Flow-Non-Heated, Yin and TRX Pilates offer non-heated options. Check the class schedule or comparison chart above to find the environment that works best for you.
