WHAT STUDENTS SAY
COMMON QUESTIONS
Which Yoga Lab class should I take first?
If you’re new to yoga, Flow Non-Heated is a great place to start with Vinyasa movement at a more intentional pace. Yin is another option if you’re looking for slower movement and recovery. Our instructors offer guidance and modifications throughout class, so you can choose the practice that best fits what you’re looking for.
Do you offer heated and non-heated yoga classes?
Yes. Yoga Lab offers both heated and non-heated classes. Our heated classes use infrared heat, while non-heated classes offer a cooler environment for your practice.
What’s the difference between Flow Heated and Power?
Flow Heated is a heated Vinyasa practice built around continuous breath-to-movement sequencing. Power has a stronger athletic emphasis, with more challenging strength-based movement and sequencing.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. You don’t need to be flexible or know the poses before you start. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications so you can practice at the level that’s right for you.
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, water and comfortable clothes you can move in. For heated classes, a towel and extra water are a good idea.
How do I book a yoga class?
Classes can be reserved through The Energy Lab app or our online schedule. New students can also start with our two-week unlimited introductory offer.
