STRETCH FLOW

WHAT IS STRETCH FLOW?

Some days you don’t need a deep, targeted session – you just need the tightness gone. That’s Stretch Flow: hands-on stretching paired with recovery tools like Theragun and Hypervolt, built for the everyday aches that come from training, sitting at a desk, or just life.

Isaac – one of our personal trainers and a Stretch Flow-certified coach – leads these sessions. He works with everyone from clients training for a specific event to people who just want to move better in everyday life, and he treats recovery as part of that either way.

WHAT STRETCH FLOW DOES

  • Loosens tight, overworked muscles without a full clinical session
  • Combines hands-on stretching with percussion and compression tools (Theragun, Hypervolt)
  • Improves circulation and speeds up recovery between workouts
  • Calms everyday tension – the kind from training, sitting, or just a long week
  • Works well as a stand-alone reset or paired with your regular training

Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes depending on what you need that day. No fixed schedule – book whenever it works for you, the same way you’d book FST.

STRETCH FLOW VS. FST
WHICH IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Both live under Stretch & Recovery, and both help you move and feel better – the difference is depth and focus.

Stretch Flow is the quick, everyday option: a focused 15-to-30-minute session combining hands-on stretching with recovery tools like Theragun and Hypervolt, for general tension and day-to-day aches.

FST is a longer, more immersive session: 45–90 minutes, one-on-one on the table with our Level 3 FST practitioner. Just as good for general feel-good maintenance as for a specific pain point — simply a deeper, more hands-on experience.

Not sure which one fits? Tell us what’s going on when you book, and we’ll point you to the right one. Plenty of clients use both – Stretch Flow for regular upkeep, FST when something specific needs real attention.

Who it's for

Stretch Flow works well on its own and even better when paired with your training.

Most people booking it aren’t chasing a specific event – they’re dealing with the everyday stuff: a tight back from sitting all day, sore legs after a workout, general stiffness that builds up over a busy week.

It’s just as useful if you are training toward something specific, whether that’s a race, a sport, or a strength goal.

Because it’s part of a full training facility, you can fold it into your plan alongside the sauna and cold plunge, the same way FST clients do.

STRETCH FLOW FAQs

How is this different from FST?

FST is a deeper, partner-assisted session targeting a specific issue through your fascia. Stretch Flow is lighter and broader – hands-on stretching plus recovery tools, for general everyday tension. Either is a good place to start; we’ll help you pick based on what’s going on.

No – Stretch Flow works as a stand-alone reset for anyone. It’s just especially useful if you do train here, since it folds right into your recovery between sessions.

Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes depending on what you need. Many clients use it as a regular reset – weekly or every couple of weeks – rather than a one-time fix.
