LEVEL 2 VINYASA FLOW

Designed for experienced yogis ready for more challenge. Stronger pacing, creative sequencing, arm balances, inversion work, and advanced transitions. Best for those with a solid Vinyasa foundation.

MAT PILATES

Core-focused, controlled movement designed to strengthen deep abdominal and postural muscles. Improves alignment, stability, and body awareness. Perfect for building core strength and improving posture.

YOGA STRENGTH

A hybrid of yoga and strength training. This class blends traditional yoga movement with dumbbells and resistance training to build muscle, stability, and endurance. Perfect if you want strength training with a yoga base.
