You’ve already taken the first step by visiting our website! Next, schedule your Free Consultation with one of our trainers by calling us at 909-798-1800 or contacting us. We will discuss your goals, develop the best plan for you and your needs and get you started on your fitness journey.

We believe that all fitness levels can take classes at The Energy Lab. There are a couple of guidelines everyone should follow their first time in a class:

  1. Bring water and a towel, you’ll need them!
  2. Pace yourself – don’t go 100% at the start of the class. Ease into the class and have a fun time!
  3. Listen to your body – YOUR body is going to tell you what you can and can’t do in a class. Listen to what it is telling you!
  4. Don’t worry about keeping up with anyone else in the class or with the instructor. Do the class at your pace.
  5. If you can’t do something, it’s ok to modify the exercise. Our instructors are experts in giving modifications for just about any exercise.
  6. Most importantly….have fun! It’s your time, enjoy it!

Most group fitness classes run 45–60 minutes. We also offer select 30-, 45-, and 90-minute classes – the exact duration is listed on our class schedule.

Personal training and stretch sessions are available in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute options, depending on your goals and needs.

Parking is available along Citrus Ave directly in front of the studio. If street parking is full, you may park in the lot behind The Energy Lab or in the Citizens Business Bank parking lot located behind the studio.

Please do not park in the adjacent business parking lots next to The Energy Lab.

We do not have showers or locker rooms at The Energy Lab.  We do have cubbies to store your personal belongings while you are at the studio.

If it’s your first visit to The Energy Lab, please arrive 15–20 minutes early. This allows time to find parking, complete any necessary paperwork, and get a quick tour of the studio.

For regular classes, plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time.

If you’re scheduled for a personal training or stretch session, arriving just a few minutes before your appointment is perfect.

Our class sizes vary depending on the class – the largest classes are our Breakthrough Classes which can have up to 26 people in a class. With an average class size of 8-14, it provides us the opportunity to give each class a “personal trainer” experience in a smaller class setting, which gives YOU an awesome class experience.

At The Energy Lab, we offer a full range of group fitness and yoga classes in Redlands, CA designed to support strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery.  You can schedule any of them by going to our schedule page.

Our class offerings include:

  • Strength & Conditioning – Full-body strength training, circuit-based workouts, and functional fitness

  • Hybrid Training (HYROX & DEKA style) – Performance-based workouts combining running, sled work, rowing, and strength

  • Cycling – Coach-led indoor cycling classes focused on endurance and power

  • Yoga – Infrared-heated vinyasa, strength-based flow, restorative yoga, and mobility-focused sessions

  • Recovery & Mobility – Stretch-based and recovery-driven sessions to improve flexibility and performance

Every class is coach-led, scalable, and designed to help you build strength, confidence, and long-term results.

Pricing depends on whether you choose group classes or personal training.

For group fitness, our Monthly Unlimited Membership offers the best value — bringing your cost to under $10 per class when used consistently. We also offer 10 class and 20 class packages, with rates as low as $17.50 per class.

Personal training rates vary based on session type and length, with sessions starting at $45. For added value, we offer 10- and 20-session packages, as well as monthly autopay options to make consistent training more affordable.
