MOLLY
Molly brings a grounded, adventurous spirit to her yoga teaching at The Energy Lab. Originally from Idaho, she grew up hiking, skiing, biking, and exploring throughout the Pacific Northwest – developing a lifelong appreciation for movement, balance, and the outdoors. She attended the University of Idaho, where she met her husband before the two relocated to Southern California in 2003 and eventually made their home in the Redlands area.
Molly is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher who believes yoga should support both strength and balance – physically and mentally. Her classes encourage students to move with intention, breathe deeply, and leave feeling both challenged and restored.
When she’s not teaching at The Energy Lab, you can often find Molly running in the hills above her home in Highland or relaxing with a good (and sometimes weird) binge-worthy show—because, as she says, life is all about balance.
A proud mom of three, Molly counts raising her children as her greatest accomplishment, though she also once held the title of 1982 Idaho State Balance Beam Champion, proving that balance has been a lifelong theme.
She lives by the advice her dad once gave her: “Material things are perishable.” It’s a reminder that the most meaningful things in life are experiences, relationships, and the moments we create along the way.
